Kanye West, who now goes by the name Ye, has made a deal to purchase the social media platform Parler. Ye has recently been censored from social media platforms Twitter and Instagram after posting a series of controversial statements, including implying that Jewish people control the media and entertainment.

the first time I saw a use for twitter was when they were searching for the Boston bomber. My tech son had it and between one of the 'chans', twitter and the TV, we were incredibly following the police searching for the wounded bomber. Kids were holding their phones up showing the searches near their homes.
twitter has devolved into a total waste of time with constant pressure to allow suggestions on topics to follow and only seeing the 'top' tweets', failure to load tweets that they don't like, etc.
Truth Social will probably improve with more people joining every day....but the site MOST like twitter with its ease of use, ability to see lots of posts as you scroll - is Parler. Hope the deal goes thru......twitter needs to be made irrelevant along with fakebook.
