Supposed to be affirmative on both questions, correct? I already submitted my votes and went with the board's recommendation of yes to both since I'm not too knowledgeable about stock jargon.
YES on both is what is recommended.
Was looking moreso for the why.
I know board recommended for/yes and in theory board should be for the best interest since it's most likely still Trump's board until this gets resolved, then it'll hopefully be "we the people's" board.

Just take a minute and call Alliance advisors and VOTE. The reason why is that we cannot complete the MERGER with TMTG until the SEC get's done with all their fake investigations. We need more time because they would be happy running the clock out on us. But we are not gonna let them. Vote YES, for more time.
