Can tell everyone here as proof positive: doing 24 to 48hr fast once per week has MAJOR benefits to your body's over ability to regulate and boost immunities.
When we constantly eat, it doesn't give the body time to process well, leading to inflammation and bloating....which leads to lowered immune system and a host of other detrimental outcomes.
My fast day is Sunday. Only thing allowed is coffee in the morning and water rest of the day. Once a month I'll go 48hrs, same restrictions, but add in a multivitamin.
Is this guy saying if you don't eat when you get covid you will stop the transmission of it into your lungs? I am a bit confused by his thread.
