It's all a bit odd, and each has to be treated individually. Also it should be agreed that any double/triple agent operation has wolves in sheep's clothing, baa-ing one moment and howling by mistake on occasion.

As she has signaled, Tulsi will go faux 'independent', hoping to siphon mostly red votes. (my take, because it makes no political sense otherwise).

Harris was always mainly a gratuitous factional placeholder as it turns out, and needs replaced along with her 'boss'. They need to pretend to move to the 'middle' and grow a brain cell, while somehow distancing their selves from the current administration.
