DC voted 96% for Biden. Supposedly, half the people in that town are Republican, but 96% voted for Biden. That’s all you need to know.

But how many of those republicans are elected politicians and staffers who still vote in their home state? That 96% could really just be the poor folks who are from DC and the electioneering political operatives.
