Actually, Bite Me was correct when he said Lincoln was a racist. Lincoln had advocated for sending all black people to Africa. Also, the Emancipation Proclamation did not free all the slaves. It exempted New Orleans, Norfolk, and a number of other places. The Proclamation's purpose was not to free slaves, but to punish the South for daring to secede.
