There is so much going on that I have trouble keeping track, which is what many want, I am sure. Boris went to Ukraine to insist that there be no peace talks, and that Ukraine should push valiantly ahead. As he stepped down, he seemed to already want everyone to know he would be back.
So he goes there, on some "there can be no peace here" attitude and now wants to step back into the role he left? How does that happen? Stupid question, I know, since these people threw rules out long ago..
