Mayer Rothschild - founder of the Rothschild bank 1744-1812 certainly didn't arrive with the mid 17th Century return, indeed was not born until 100 years after Cromwell's death, indeed he didn't even emerge onto the scene until mid 18th century in Frankfurt. Rothschild bank was not founded until 1812.
