Society used to have an immune system to deal with these sorts of things without school boards and lawyers. I kinda of wish the girls would step up and deal with the guy while obviously defending a teammate who he was sexually harassing and felt threatened. I suspect the Police wouldn't be inclined to look into the matter too much.
