These guys are not interested in the population.

Short Sellers kill companies. A Big offender are unregistered securities brokers, brothers Curt and Seth Kramer Been found guilty and fined by the SEC numerous times but they're still working. Maybe the SEC needs to occupy their offices rather than the 7% occupancy the SEC and Gary Gensler is being investigated for now.
