That's what I don't understand with this community. Like ya'll understand that you ARE being tracked if you have a cell phone full stop right? Deleting telegram won't change that fact. If you're worried about being followed then leave your cell phone at home or get a flip phone. Telegram isn't the problem, cell phones are.
