At this stage in the game this will only boost Democrat chances in a few weeks... they HAVE to vote Dem to ensure their shitty loan gets something paid off.

Not saying it'll be enough to make any big waves, but this isn't a win, wouldn't be surprised if the court was told to stay this right now to fire up their flagging base right before the election.
