My theory is that people with more calcification in the arteries may actually have more protection from the spike proteins, since the spike protein probably can't get through the calcium. So the younger they are, the more likely they are to have clean arteries with more internal attack surface. Similarly with whatever else is in the poison jabs; the same would apply to graphene oxide

I think their immune systems are much better. Therefore, a young person's immune system attacks the embedded spike proteins lining the artery and cardiac muscle walls much more ferociously than what occurs in the older generation. The result is myocarditis...which does not tolerate exercise.
Also...There are three layers to the arteries. When the immune system attacks the imbedded spike proteins, the three layers get inflammed and puffy. This can even create holes and gaps, where the middle layer (consisting of plaque...which helps the artery to be flexible) can leak out and drift down the artery. This happened to a friend of mine. (He has no plaque in his arteries, yet suffered a heart attack from a 100% occlusion due to one chunk of plaque. Later, the cardiologist found a hole in the artery!)
Another friend of mine developed a hole in his carotid artery, then suffered a stroke.
