I know why.

If DC was on US soil, there would be no safe place to make the 3-4 trillion per year weapons deals. USAcorp is the military arm of the cabal. It's too risky making the weapon deals in places where the police structures have oversight and control from the People.

DC is a fancy weaponry mall for the 1%
