Rep. Troy Nehls says the errors cost Texas a congressional seat, vows an investigation, calling the miscount "deeply concerning for the legitimacy of our Democracy."

It comes down to this... they manipulate all their levers in order to control. They over count in areas they "think" they control. They under count in areas they KNOW they do not control. Fundamentally they want to control it all. This is the gist of the war. I am reminded of a speech in "Braveheart". Choose wisely....
