A good rule of thumb: women do not have 2 hearts, 2 brains, 4 eyes, 4 arms, 4 legs, 20 fingers and 20 toes, 4 ears, 2 mouths, 2 noses, etc, for 9 months and then suddenly go back to 1 heart, 1 brain, 2 eyes, etc.

If the pro-aborts truly believe the baby's body is the woman's, ask the woman to move the arms and legs of the baby. If it's her body, then it should be under the control of her brain and therefore be able to move those limbs as if they were her own larger ones.
