It became a common, derisive jeer from the doomers (usually on PW) that "The Plan" never seems to happen, all we ever gets are just an endless stream of more and more ticks on the clock.
Yeah, I get that. I was just curious if there had been a specific event that started it.
But maybe it just started organically by one person saying it and it just got picked up by the win community?
