I just called that number and got some dude that had an accent too thick to understand. And I'm usually good at that. I voted for Proposal 1 and he kept saying the Board recommended voting for both proposal 1 and 2. If I understood him right, and I had to repeat it to be sure, proposal 2 was for them to adjourn the meeting? Wtf?
