This is also the contrast between Shapiro and Mastriano in PA. When Shapiro had an announcement rally for his run he had 20 or something in down town Pittsburgh. Mastriano had 1500+ in his home area out in the suburbs. Mastriano has been out spent 10:1 and is drawing up to 1000 as some of his campaign stops.
