Did anyone else get an email to apply for loan forgiveness?

I got it (college loan forgiveness) and haven't applied. I thought it was held up/stopped by a lower court.

I may delete this, depending on amount of responses.

I haven't seen anything myself. I'm on the hook for 10k of my daughters college debt. I have mixed feelings on this one.
