Did anyone else get an email to apply for loan forgiveness?

I got it (college loan forgiveness) and haven't applied. I thought it was held up/stopped by a lower court.

I may delete this, depending on amount of responses.

The email had that disclaimer on it. I haven't clicked on any links at all.
