I got it (college loan forgiveness) and haven't applied. I thought it was held up/stopped by a lower court.
I may delete this, depending on amount of responses.

Great advice. I doubt the government would send out an email like this until things are finalized. Still. It's most likely a scam either way to garner votes and voter info. I wouldn't answer.
