I got it (college loan forgiveness) and haven't applied. I thought it was held up/stopped by a lower court.
I may delete this, depending on amount of responses.

Even though it is "on hold" due to court, they are still rolling out the ability to apply for forgiveness. It should link you to a .gov webpage where you can fill out the form.
