These data change the interpretation of this war: it was not wanted and prepared by Moscow, but by Washington.

If you mean the line from '1776', it was directed toward the Congress by the Scottish guy, Colonel McKeon, when Adams told the colonel to get Cesar Rodney, who was on his deathbed with cancer, and bring him back to Congress so that they'd have Delaware's vote for independence.
Cancer has been around that long? I figured we've had it since the first "vaccines."
...my Scottish Grandmother would have said McKeon WAS the good guy...
