Because only a conservative actually READS it. I remember Rush used to say that the constitution enshrined our rights but the left sees it as restricting their plans. Where we see a Bill of Rights, they see a bill of restrictions. Something like that. I saw a new book advertised yesterday written by his widow and his brother. I'll have to get that for Christmas gifts.
The crazy part is that deep down they can’t even say one sentence or paragraph to the length of what you just typed to lay down their argument. The cognitive dissonance is obvious, They know they’re wrong and doubling down etc. over and over again is simply a pattern that we’ve learned to detect as we see authorities with agendas and recognize their propaganda. The most optimistic view would be to say that they’re a broken down beast who would be easier to read pill then they let off.
