This was on Fidelity today under news for Dwac: Lawyers for Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC), the blank-check acquisition firm that agreed to merge with former U.S. President Donald Trump's social media company met with U.S. SEC to argue that the SPAC had not violated any rules by talking to Trump Media before going public. https://nyti.ms/3zhwc9t (Compiled by Bengaluru newsroom)
