Remember those pens you could press the little levers and get two pen nibs (or four) at once? Red, blue, green, black? What if you did blue and black? I have heard blue doesnt convey so i am worried about that
In Michigan I see the ads on TV for "prop 3, vote no" and I swear it's a black sharpie overfilling and underfilling the bubbles. I agree with voting no but the whole thing looks like controlled opposition. Next time I see it, I will try to record it.
use BLUE pens (blue WILL be tallied and makes differentiation from machine-printed black "votes" or ither marks easier and faster during a forensic audit),
COMPLETELY fill in the circles (no Xs, checkmarks or initials) AND
DO NOT MARK ANYTHING OUTSIDE THE CIRCLES (THAT can lead, and has kead, to adjudication and the theft of votes
