Sen. Mitt Romney places $11.5M ski resort home on the market Romney sold his $23 million mansion in La Jolla, California, before unloading the ski lodge home
Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, has listed his ski resort home in Park City, Utah for $11.5 million, Mansion Global reported Wednesday.
Romney's home won't be on the market for long, however, as the listing is already marked as having a pending offer — meaning Romney and his wife, Ann, likely lined up a buyer before putting the home on the market, the outlet reported. Romney first purchased the 8,730-square-foot lodge in 2013.
The home, located inside the Deer Valley ski resort, features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Romney first purchased the home for $8.9 million.
"The 0.52-acre property has a private ski tunnel to ski in and ski out, multiple decks and panoramic views of the surrounding Wasatch mountains. Inside, the home features an open-concept floor plan, high ceilings, walls of windows and an elevator," MG wrote of the property.

Deer Valley is a world-class ski resort that has played host to skiing championships and Winter Olympics events.
The listing comes more than a year after Romney sold another mansion in La Jolla, California. That beachfront home, constructed in 2015, sold for more than $23 million.

RICO liquidation?
Looks like President Trump's EO being executed. There have been a ton of celebrity and Elite homes sold over the past few years. So many Celebrities have become quiet on social media in those years. Seems like the more silent each celebrity becomes the more homes they liquidate.
Trump knows that distress sales bring in low dollars. As white hats accumulate the Cabal's wealth per EO's, Trump is being sure we get top dollar out of these properties.
Fill the dungeons with concrete before listing the properties. Rosie's home had the condition that it must be bull dozed by the buyer. There was a grouping of properties in California with a series of tunnels that were filled in before listing any of them. Not sure how many have been listed for sale, but I remember an article about the tunnels.
Who ups and leaves their long established homes and neighborhoods when they are in their later years of.life? In such high numbers of high profile people, who have all been linked to the NWO or Illuminati? Someone who has a gun against their head. Your logic of preserving the valuations is bang on. I thought the same thing.
It has been a long, slow burn on the sales of those with multiple properties. Ellen and others have sold off multiple homes, but it has been done one at a time. President Trump knows that one celebrity selling several homes at once indicates distress sales.
People who pay tens of millions for homes know a distress sale when they see one so if five homes are listed at once by a celeb they will wait it out. Selling them one at a time brings top dollar. Our president made his money by knowing how to read market conditions.
When the dust settles, every child for the next few hundred years should learn how brilliant and selfless the man was. Knowing what he has done and hearing the trash talk from ignorant Lefties, breaks my heart. They have no idea how better all our lives will be because of his sacrifices and discernment.
