I've lived in San Fran for a year, and it's going to take a pallet of cash to get me just to consider going back to the Bay Area.
Dragon is SpaceX's (another Musk company) manned spacecraft. I could be lured into highly disavdvantageous position in exchange for a shot at low earth orbit. :)
