I wonder how many mules know someone that was investigated and/or prosecuted. Even if they were just questioned, I have a feeling these creepy people do not want to get caught. Maybe there aren't enough villains out there to rely on this time. I'm picturing someone saying "oh hell no, not me, not this time" "I'm not going to jail for you guys. LOL

They don't have a choice, they have to try to rig it. They must know that all they do is being watched and recorded in real time but doing nothing isn't an option with them, they have do something, against all the odds.
