Nah, this is great news if you hold DWAC. It's specifically what a spac-play is. Gathering the eggs before the basket is "named".

ok, I am not very versed in spacs. So even though TMTG is not officially merged with DWAC yet, if Twitter merged with Truth (TMTG), then DWAC would still be involved?
