Typical justice: either years later than or not at all.
This is why court cases should not last more than 7 days.
Question - do they have to take their jobs back to get the back pay? What if they have moved on and dont want to come back and work in NY - will they be paid any damages? I personally would not want to work anywhere that was "ordered" to hire me back.
As they use to say on "Laugh In" SOCK IT TO THEM!
Which is why we must all continue fighting back and standing up.
