Through disagreement- as Paul said, the reason disagreements arise is to allow the approved doctrine to emerge. Protestants are the ones naming themselves according to their theological disputes. Catholics have always been the one true church, and didn’t even begin to use the word “christian” until later. Many arose and taught falsehood (simon magus, Arius, etc) but all of the church fathers were catholic, and all early christians were catholic.
I like the way you ask questions - by making a statement to test. You’re getting closer to being able to obey Christ’s commandment to eat of His body and drink of His blood!

The Bible wasn’t even the Bible until what, 300 AD? Before then they were separate books and letters...
If there is no sacraments, they aren’t teaching truth.
