I imagine they have the right to refuse service based on whatever criteria they want to put in.
Of course I have the right to not use them and share my experience on the internet, right?

I asked them what the purpose of the policy was.
They told me they didn’t want to argue.
I asked if they believed it stopped “the virus”.
They said we would need to reschedule.
On the way home we found a new doctor.

That response is my trigger. Why is my question being called an argument?
You can't announce a new policy without expecting to answer that question. Anybody have a good comeback for the good ol' "I don't want to argue" after your first and only question? Like, I don't deserve an answer? or a reason??
