You cant hold the position that paying your share of tax is important while also holding the position that all tax dollars can be stolen and gifted overseas to criminals like Zelensky while the nation is financially being ground down.

I think thats one part of the hush-money to keep quiet about all the coverups they were directly involved in, and the other part will be where these deepstate assets go next, with the salary and perks of these positions created just for them. I bet they all join WaPo, NYT, or maybe get a professorship at some ivy league place like harvard or cornell.

Companies re-invest earnings in order to grow the enterprises and make them more competitive. The tax code then permits them to write off those re-invested profits. The IRS understands this. Voters understand this. It is one of the reasons our country had grown so strong over the years.
The only people who cannot understand this simple principle are vote-buying social democrats and their ignorant constituents who believe the purpose of government is to give them free stuff. For them, 10% to the big guy is a bargain.
