Remember, remember!
The fifth of November,
The Gunpowder treason and plot;
I know of no reason
Why the Gunpowder treason
Should ever be forgot!
In this first installment of the Anon Comic Club, I invite every Anon of The Great Awakening community on an adventure through Detective Comics "V for Vendetta."
As quoted from the Amazon store page:
Set in a futurist totalitarian England, a country without freedom or faith, a mysterious man in a white porcelain mask strikes back against the oppressive overlords on behalf of the voiceless. Armed with only knives and his wits, V, as he’s called, aims to bring about change in this horrific new world. His only ally? A young woman named Evey Hammond. And she is in for much more than she ever bargained for…
A visionary graphic novel that defines sophisticated storytelling, this powerful tale detailing the loss and fight for individuality has become a cultural touchstone and an enduring allegory for current events. Master storytellers Alan Moore and David Lloyd are at the top of their craft in this terrifying portrait of totalitarianism and resistance.
Majic Eyes Qnly's Law of War Series 7 prompted the idea for this thread. His most recent series of decodes leans heavily into the comms present in Alan Moore's V comic.

The series is broken down into 10 installments. You can navigate through each of them using the drop down menu, or by changing the number in the provided URL.
I implore each Anon who has yet to read V for Vendetta to do so. The film is also quite brilliant, but the comic has many more layers of important narrative and comms that are pertinent to The Great Awakening, and to the decoding of Q posts, as Majic Eyes Qnly analyzes in his Series 7.
I’ve been saying for years that This movie was early comms for Q.
An evil government uses a rogue virus to justify becoming authoritarian in the year 2020 until a guy who goes by a single Letter hijacks the messaging system and wakes up the populace to the corruption and encourages them to fight back.
That’s not a coincidence dudes, we just live in a fish tank
I liked it as an update to 1984, especially with the nod to John Hurt as Chancellor. Hard to argue the allegory of the executions of all the malevolent actors to the potential forthcoming tribunals, vigilante justice aside. Edit: The film, that is
OMG just watched it and I am blown away.
No shit eh? I saw it a few years ago and was amazed I hadn’t heard of it previously.
Like an instruction book for the antagonists...not that 1984 hasn’t been used.
Though ‘Unintended Consequences’ by John Ross is the instruction book antidote. Banned in Canada and can be found free online.
I have the 6th edition of that book.
I’m jealous! My neighbor loaned it to me...to be returned under threat of bodily harm. I read it like a Bible.
Ok I’m going to watch it thanks frens.
how'dya go?
