Discolse.tv's next post was how Russia's Roskomnadzor's rejected the news report saying they were't restricting access to the social platform.

"In connection with the information about restricting access to the Telegram resource, we inform you that blocking of this social network in Russia is currently ruled out." - Roskomnadzor
