Use it liberally in the information war over on Twitter, as well as for comic relief here on GAW. You can save the GIF file from this post and dissiminate it far and wide across the internet. The tables have turned! Its time for the fact checkers to become the fact checked!
We also recently added the following GIF to commemorate the release of the Twitter bird from the confines of its cage. The bird is free, and the fact checking has commenced!
Hey, qanaut, is there any method you know of where a user can download (rip) the gifs that are embedded into comments like this? I see so many gifs I'd love to rip and use elsewhere, but I cannot seem to download or save them.
You can right click the GIF in the post title and download that one, but you can't do the same for the ones in the comments. Some of our GIFS can be found through Google Image Search, but others are custom made by the moderation team.
A useful tool you could try is Screen To Gif. This allows you to record an animation on your screen, and turn it into your own Gif. This can be used to make copies of all of our Gifs in our sidebar thread, though it can be time consuming.
I can talk to our moderation team and see if we can put together an archived file with all of our memes. That would be a good idea for use in the information war.
Announcing our newly minted "Fact Check" Gif!

Update:
Okay, so we've got some download links now. It will take awhile, but I will add links to our existing Gif threads at some point this week.
