Hollywood is in the same position.

Many... MANY people behind the scenes have been disgusted for a long time.

I did some work for certain studios about 15 years ago and there were plenty in the tech field and writers rooms that were pissed even back then

Then why don't they do something about it? Everyone in the industry knows what's going on but turns a blind eye. That makes them complicit. Cosby, Weinstein, Epstein, .........
