Ron Unz almost certainly wrote it. It's his website and he is the main writer there, as well as editor in chief.

His site is routinely criticized for being a White Nationalist publication.

And I 100% agree with you that the article is meant to enrage and divide.

And it looks like he's accomplishing his goals, based on some of the comments I'm reading here.
