So, as a former president, what would be the items he would be briefed on in today's real world? Would Trump have access to information about the supply chain and what was going to happen within any month? I know about the diesel supply being low, but that was 25 days left of the supply--oh, I don't know for certain, about 30 days ago. So what is, for lack of a better term, President Trump talking about?

Let's be accurate. There are 25 days left of the strategic oil reserves. Which means the reserves that are supposed to be kept intact for the military to use in the case of dire emergency. That isn't "there are only 25 days of fuel left in the United States."
