As a former longhaul trucker I will testify that America runs on diesel trucking.

Without diesel America doesn't run.

Period.

So why is "biden" drying up the diesel supply?

Retired longhaul trucker. Used to haul from middle America into central California and return every week. Retired just before the vise grips closed on diesel. Owned a classic Freightliner. Also lived in CA in the middle of my life. Got out almost 30 years ago. Place has gone nuts, a lot of it.
