Biolabs is agreed upon by both Russia and USA as existing. There is no reason to doubt that.

No both Russia and USA admit that multiple US biolabs exist in Ukraine.

That is a big red flag and means a lot given that Russia is waging a military operation in Ukraine to take away military assets along with biolabs. You don't have to be skeptical of everything. Sometimes you shouldn't over think something that is easily laid out like bio labs story.
