Interesting someone in his position would make a claim like this.

If it's true ... why is he telling us? Don't you want that on the DL? Moral? How is it possible? Jails usually don't work that way - special operations - again why?? + why tell us??

If it not true ... told to say this? by who? rogue action? whyyyyyy? covering for .. ? moral (backfire?)

It's a weird claim all around.

Never heard anything like this about a prisoner - any prisoner except maybe some drug lord in a 3rd world country.
