I'm in yavapai county and the only drop box in town has a camera installed on top of it. If you read his ruling, it states that this group is not allowed to photograph or record. He's only referencing this group over fears of voter intimidation. I dont know anything about this group, but I do know that The Lions of Liberty, who were planning their own drop box watch, distanced themselves from this other group due to differences in operational guidelines. So I can't say whether the intimidation fear was realistic or nonsense. But either way, there is still surveillance on the drop boxes as there was during the primaries. (We'll see if that's good enough)
