This appears to be the writing of some grade school idiot filled with hate and lacks the intelligence to express is hate.
You see, that's the funny part.
He was hired to teach philosophy at UCLA.
A portion of this was submitted as his thesis paper and earned him a doctorate. He had since built upon that framework to create this document.
He was fired from UCLA and arrested after trying to purchase a handgun and threatening in this manifesto to shoot up the school because his white, woman coworker wouldn't sleep with him... because he was black.
This is the writing of who is teaching students in the most mainstream liberal universities and colleges.
This dude is a wacko in many ways. It is right to point out that UCLA made a mistake to hire him, but he definitely wasn't full professor, as he had only graduated (Duke 2019) recently, and he was fired pretty fast, although clearly not fast enough. His mental illness is pretty clear, and was flagged early on (once he left Duke). Even his own mother reported him to the police. He is now involuntarily committed. This is a good breakdown, although it was written before his current status.

While his case shows the strange insular works of academia, this guy is as much of an outlier as anyone could find.
