I feel like there are clues in it. I see all the military flag brightly colored ribbons(?) which is not the right word. And all of the dots in the 2nd pic. Why?

Sure shows the close working relationship they had. Together a lot!

The dots appear to be a backwards S at the top and M A on the bottom. A reverse of S in States and the AM in AMerica? I paused at 0.02 seconds.
