The voice on the 9/11 call would tell the tale here. The SF DA statedly clearly the only way this gets out is if it's entered as evidence in a courtroom. She's the prosecutor, so she determines what is entered into evidence. If she's rightfully afraid that a defense attorney would ask for it to be played, she simply doesn't press the top end charges. She'll do some sort of plea deal for a no-contest guilty plea and bury the whole thing. And this black lady's a social climber. She can do a favor for some very powerful people if she keeps this under wraps.

One wonders what's in the police reports as well. Presumably the responding officers would have noted who opened the door and let them past security.

My working theory had been that it was a drugs- and sex-for-hire situation. Pauly P had a penchant for men, so he hired a male escort. The male escort provided drugs along with other services. It was covered up to protect San Fran Nan's "good Catholic" image.

But now, with WeAreThePlan's theory, it is possible that whatever blood/perceived injuries were inflicted on Don Pelosi were really just blood from another source. I did think it was interesting the initial variation about the two men holding hammers. I figured it was a euphamism for these guys being caught holding their fully erect junk. Initially we were told the hammer was used in an assault and that Old Perv Pelosi required hospitalization for a head wound and wounds to his right arm. Has anyone heard a status update from the attending physician as to the patient's condition? In all of that minute-by-minute coverage of this, did anyone talk to the attending surgeon who treated these grave wounds?

At this point, they've lied so much, I'm willing to believe all sorts of crazy theories as long as they actually fit the facts of the case.
