I used to be on it. I tried everything and ultimately meditation, breathing exercises, and forcing myself to think positively changed my life.
People used to tell me to do these things and I would brush them off and tell them they just don't understand. Then my life hit bottom and I finally gave it a try. My life did a 180.
started taking a couple of years ago during a double loss grief period...seemed to work at first, grief tsunami crashes became waves but didn't go away...when switched to generic, was getting more depressed, mental fog, serious memory decline, even stopped driving for a couple of years...then about 6 months ago, decided to stop, and immediately my memory came back, no more deep depression that i can't handle, and i especially felt that the spiritual aspects of my life had been negatively affected by the generic...i feel like myself again, mentally, emotionally and spiritually...wish i had never started on them...just my experience...blessings for your friend...
The generic isn't even the same ingredients. They don't tell you that but it's been proven.
the first generic that pharmacy used seemed ok, but then they changed to a totally diff generic pill, shape, and THAT's when everything became untenable...i truly believe that last generic had some weird psychotic-type shit in it...the diff was amazing, no wean-off time, i just stopped taking one morning, and by that afternoon i felt like my old self again, memory fog gone...i shoulda known, pharmacy was wmart...
I've seen good results, if right dose is figured out. I took this during a grieving process, about 6 months
Same👌It can be really helpful
I used to work where it is manufactured and their processes and practices are top notch. The company had rocky practices under previous management but they’ve turned a new leaf. I don’t know if that speaks for the actual product but the company seems good.
My husband took it for awhile as an addition to his anxiety med. He didn’t have any problems with it.

I took it for awhile and did well on it. Until insurance company switched to the generic. The generic was useless!!!
I then went on my own with St.John's Wort and Vitamin D for years. Did well until I didn't need it any more.
...good stuff...
Caused my tinnitus. It can also effect your appetite by decreasing that.
I was prescribed it to quit smoking. I did not do well on it. Had some major anger issues. Doctor told me to quit taking it. But I tend to have many of the side effects associated with prescription meds. Everyone is different.
Me too. At 1 anger event I almost stroked out.
