Yes I think we're basically saying the same thing.

I was shocked that I was there telling the doctor to review the JAMA recommendations. Lol. "Ahh... isn't this kinda thing ... your wheelhouse?"

EDIT: I should add that this medical care I received was in one of the best-funded hospitals in the USA, in one of the highest-income areas of Silicon Valley. And this was a doctor in his forties or early fifties. So this was not some 28 year old dude straight off the jet from Mumbai.
